Our Client is a Law Firm seeking to recruit a Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in the area of compliance for their Lisbon team.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
- Support in the design, implementation, and review of Compliance Programs, Codes of Conduct, and internal risk prevention policies.
- Advisory on matters of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Data Protection, and Whistleblowing Channels.
- Conducting compliance Due Diligence in corporate transactions and assessing regulatory risks for national and international clients.
- Monitoring administrative offense proceedings and interaction with regulatory and supervisory entities.
