The role

As part of our SAP Customer Experience (CX) team, you will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer-centric solutions across Sales and Service functions, helping them drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on the implementation and adoption of SAP Customer Experience solutions, with a focus on Sales and Service processes

Gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews

Analyzing and optimizing business processes to align with industry best practices

Configuring SAP CX solutions and supporting functional design activities

Preparing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations

Supporting testing, deployment, training, and change management activities

Drive requirements gathering and solution design workshops with client stakeholders

Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
