Accountant

• Prepare and review monthly and annual accounting and tax obligations
• Prepare and review monthly and annual accounting close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation
• Perform and/or review other finance-related activities (reconciliations, reporting, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation in financial and accounting operations
• Plan tasks and support, coach, and develop team members
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Good knowledge of AI tools and applications
• Solid understanding of SNC and IFRS
• Advanced English language skills
• Responsible and resilient
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Open and global mindset
