• Ensure the cleaning, sanitization, and organization of all crockery and cutlery;
• Correctly use the washing machines, ensuring appropriate cycles, product replenishment, and basic maintenance;
• Keep the kitchen and support areas clean, including countertops, floors, machines, sinks, and waste areas;
• Perform waste separation, following internal recycling and waste management rules;
• Collaborate with the kitchen team, supporting simple preparation tasks when necessary;
• Comply with HACCP requirements.

Your MISSION will be to ensure that the pantry is always clean, organized, and ready to support the kitchen work.
