The role
Located in the heart of the history of the Cidadela Fortress, the Pestana Cidadela Cascais is a unique hotel that combines heritage, contemporary art, and upscale hospitality. Recognized for its sophisticated atmosphere and the differentiated experience it provides to guests, it integrates the exclusive "Art District".
We are looking for a Third-class Cook (m/f) to continue innovating one of the most emblematic locations in Cascais.
What you'll do
Responsible for the preparation of kitchen service, ensuring excellence in service.
- Prepare breakfast meals and Winebar;
- Control quality, maintaining rigor and excellence in service;
- Knowledge of HACCP standards;
- Use kitchen equipment safely and in accordance with usage standards;
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
Experience we are looking for
Main responsibilities
- Training related to the field;
- Experience in similar roles, preferably in Hospitality;
- A liking for teamwork;
- Flexibility, proactivity, and creativity;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Stress resistance;
- Availability to work in shifts depending on operational needs;
- Good knowledge of HACCP.
