The role
The Quality Assurance Engineer is a core member of a cross‑functional Scrum team, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and system architects to ensure that quality is embedded in the product from the earliest stages. Working in a multicultural environment, the role contributes directly to the delivery of high‑quality Nokia advanced optical networking solutions.
What you'll do
Agile & Quality Mindset: Join daily scrums, sprint planning, and reviews, bringing fresh perspectives to requirement analysis and testability.
Python Test Automation: Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and pytest aligned with CI/CD practices.
AI-Assisted Testing: Learn and apply AI-driven testing techniques (using LLMs for test case design, pattern analysis, and automated test data generation).
Troubleshooting: Work on root-cause analysis to help developers fix complex system bugs efficiently.
