What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within Customer Management, CRM, CIAM, or Customer Data environments;
- Experience managing product backlogs, defining business requirements, and working in Agile environments;
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps;
- Knowledge of customer data, system integrations, APIs, and data privacy principles;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
The role
What you'll do
- Own and drive the evolution of Customer Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining business requirements and coordinating delivery with technical teams;
- Ensure the evolution of customer identity, profile, consent, and lifecycle management capabilities, while supporting integrations with CRM, Loyalty, Digital Channels, and other enterprise systems;
- Ensure solution quality, operational readiness, and compliance with security, privacy, and customer data governance standards.
