Network Manager

• Training in the IS/IT area;
• Knowledge of networks and/or systems and their respective monitoring tools/solutions;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Oral and written communication skills, intermediate level of English.

• Monitoring the operation of the ATM network, ensuring optimal performance and availability;
• Incident management, ensuring speed and quality in resolution;
• Supervision and remote support for corrective and preventive maintenance by technical assistance providers;
• Control of the service levels contracted to providers.
