Position: Functional Tester - ERP & Financial Systems

Location: Lisbon, hybrid regime (3 days per week in the office)

• Analyze functional requirements and business processes, ensuring their correct interpretation and translation into test scenarios;
• Plan, prepare, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests;
• Validate functionalities and business processes in ERP systems and financial management platforms;
• Test business flows related to invoicing, payments, financial reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and accounting management;
• Validate the integration between different technological platforms and information systems;
• Ensure the consistency, integrity, and reliability of the information exchanged between different systems;
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, validation scenarios, and respective evidence;
• Identify, analyze, document, and follow up on the resolution of defects and non-conformities;
• Collaborate with development, business, and other functional teams in the analysis and resolution of problems;
• Participate in the validation of new functionalities, updates, and releases;
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.

• Academic background in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, or similar areas;
• Professional experience in Testing / Quality Assurance roles, functional testing, or application validation;
• Experience in the use, validation, or testing of ERP systems;
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes, namely invoicing, payments, reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;
• Experience in analyzing functional requirements and creating and executing test cases;
• Ability to validate information flows and identify inconsistencies between systems;
• Experience with task management and defect tracking tools, preferably JIRA.

• Experience in projects in the area of payments, banking, financial services, or fintech;
• SQL knowledge for querying and validating data in relational databases;
• Experience in integration testing between systems and APIs;
• Knowledge of test management tools, such as Xray or similar;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience in implementation, maintenance, or integration projects of ERP systems;
• Knowledge of test automation tools;
• Ability to communicate in technical English, both written and spoken.
