WWTP Operator (M/F/D) - Autonomous Region of Madeira

• Candidates with previous professional experience in environmental systems (WWTP and/or WWT) are preferred;
• Basic knowledge in maintenance, such as: electricity and mechanics, plumbing, locksmithing, and painting (preferred);
• Rigor, dynamism, and proactivity;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Computer skills from a user perspective;
• Availability to work on an on-call basis;
• Light vehicle driver's license (mandatory).

Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for the physical assets of its Clients, throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.

For this role, the recruited professional will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of WWTPs, the operation and maintenance of water supply and sanitation infrastructures, removal of waste from WWTPs, cleaning of facilities, cleaning of pumping wells, use of WWTP process control tools (for example, probes), and the preparation of equipment operation logs.

Location: Funchal (Câmara de Lobos / Machico, Autonomous Region of Madeira).
