The role
Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for its Clients' physical assets throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.
What you'll do
For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited must be able to perform tasks related to building maintenance, which include: participating in tests of circuits, machines, and equipment by periodically inspecting their operation; detecting installation and operational deficiencies; performing repair operations on electrical systems; complying with the preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance plan.

Location: Lisbon.
Job requirements and competency profile
- Registration with DGEG (mandatory requirement);
- Experience in building maintenance;
- Ability to analyze and diagnose faults;
- Ability to interpret power and control electrical diagrams;
- Candidates with additional knowledge of HVAC and BMS are preferred;
- Proactivity and dynamism in the performance of their functions and tasks;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Computer skills from a user perspective;
- Availability to travel within the Lisbon/Setúbal area.
