Requirements
What we're looking for
- Vocational training in the areas of Mechanics and/or Electricity;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management and coordination of teams in an industrial environment;
- Ability to manage and distribute tasks to the multidisciplinary team;
- Knowledge and application of safety, quality, and environmental standards;
- Ability to analyze and diagnose faults;
- Proactivity and dynamism in the performance of their functions and tasks;
- Aptitude for priority and time management;
- Driver's license (mandatory);
- Computer skills from a user perspective (mandatory);
- Availability for district travel.
The role
Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for the physical assets of its Clients, throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.
What you'll do
For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited will be responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring the correct execution of work, the management of a multidisciplinary team and materials, as well as compliance with safety, quality, and productivity objectives, in accordance with the requirements previously established with the Client.
How you'll work
Location: Vila das Aves, Santo Tirso.
