• You will assume the role of Compliance Officer;
• You will be responsible for the operationalization of the Compliance management system, in accordance with international guidelines, as well as for ensuring compliance with legislation;
• You will be responsible for ensuring advisory at the level of Compliance, Data Protection, Risk Management and other legal issues (with the exception of Tax and Labor Law), as well as for ensuring the implementation of awareness and training actions in this field;
• You will represent the company externally on legal matters and will manage the legal portfolio;
• You will be responsible for ensuring the treatment, in compliance with the law, of reports regarding potential Compliance infractions, Data Security breaches and Data Protection violations.
