Cashier - Part-time

Store: Aveiro

• I ensure a warm welcome to the customer at any service point;

• I receive SPV customers, opening repair processes and parts requests, while knowing the Saveo procedures and tool;

• I manage the store's CRM, autonomously offering the appropriate solution to the customer's situation and ensuring contact with the respective store areas when necessary;

• I manage customer waiting situations autonomously and effectively, ensuring conflict management with customers, contributing to their total satisfaction;

• I control the entry and exit of goods in the different areas and apply loss prevention procedures;

• I perform payments and returns, ensuring strict compliance with cash register and safe processes, applying and taking responsibility for security procedures;

• I inform, train, and support the Resident Customer in autonomous payment (Self-service Checkouts or Website).

• Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level;

• Professional experience between 1 to 2 years;

• Good computer skills from a user perspective;

• A passion for the customer and their needs;

• Aptitude for interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Ability to work under stress;

• Organizational capacity and a sense of responsibility;

• Spirit of initiative and proactivity.
