Join the team to maximize sales and store productivity by offering an excellent level of customer service. You will actively participate in the smooth running of the store.

• Greet and support customers, transforming interest into sales opportunities.

• Promptly handle inquiries and complaints in-store and by telephone, ensuring satisfaction.

• Actively demonstrate products using effective sales techniques. Perform transactions efficiently, following cash management procedures.

• Maintain store presentation: cleanliness, shelf organization, and record maintenance.

• Manage orders and apply learned techniques to achieve objectives.

• Improve product knowledge through manuals, training, and visits.

• Participate in stock reception and ensure accurate documentation.

• Comply with safety protocols and perform tasks effectively.
