Machine Operator (m/f/x) in Aveiro

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Machine Operator for a leading company in the metalworking and industrial components sector located in Águeda.

• Temporary employment contract with the possibility of integration into the client company;
• Base salary - 920€ + meal allowance - 6.5€ + shift allowance - 25% Rotating shifts.

• Inspect mold plates (before and after production);
• Prepare and assemble equipment (plates);
• Know and input the parameters into the machine before starting production;
• Verify the parameters on the machine throughout production, according to the manufacturing method;
• Place sand cores on the conveyor and in the CSE;
• Place filters in the core setter;
• Perform molding hardness control according to the defined frequency and zones;
• Interpret calibration data from the molding machine;
• Interpret DataPro data;
• Fill out the logbook;
• Consult the service sheet and the breakdown sheet before starting production;
• Record the number of moldings every hour;
• When changing references, verify the first moldings produced and the core placement;
• Check the release agent tank once per shift;
• Check the air blowing direction of the mold plates once per shift;
• Visually control the cores;
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of the sector;

• Professional experience in industry (preferred): We value candidates with previous experience in an industrial environment, especially in the automotive sector;
• Availability to work in rotating shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00;
