Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Higher Technician in Occupational Health and Safety (level VI) and possession of a Pedagogical Competence Certificate;
  • Minimum professional experience of 4 years in similar roles;
  • Driver's License and availability for frequent travel (eliminatory factor).

The role

Ensure compliance with good safety and hygiene practices at work and promote the well-being and safety of Employees, monitoring Store/Warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

What you'll do

  • Ensure the implementation of legal requirements and the safety management system in line with the defined objectives;
  • Act in the prevention, assessment, and control of occupational risks in the establishments;
  • Ensure the conduct of training, communication, and consultation actions with Employees regarding Occupational Health and Safety;
  • Ensure the management of accident rates, identifying causes and implementing prevention actions.
