What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in traditional machine learning and/or generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks or platforms such as Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or Vertex AI.
- Experience in real-world data processing and feature engineering.
- Ability to explain models to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop, test, and optimize machine learning models and generative AI-based solutions that support business decisions, contributing to both experimentation and production solutions.
You must be able to contribute to the evolution of the data infrastructure that supports the above solutions and discuss AI architectures.
What you'll do
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to assess quality and patterns in datasets.
- Select, train, and optimize machine learning models.
- Utilize LLMs, specifically developing customized solutions for the business.
- Ensure the statistical quality of models and the robustness of metrics.
- Develop rapid prototypes for use case validation.
- Contribute to the evolution of the data infrastructure to support activities.
- Contribute to model production pipelines.
- Participate in A/B testing, comparing models with current processes.
- Participate in the evolution of AI adoption within business processes.
