What we're looking for

  • Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field;
  • About 3 years of professional experience in systems administration, application platforms, or SAP environments;
  • Solid experience or knowledge of SAP Basis;
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA and/or Oracle;

Nice to have

  • Contact with SAP BTP, SAP Solution Manager, or other cloud solutions;
  • Spirit of initiative, willingness to learn, and motivation to evolve;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Good level of English, written and spoken.

The role

Your mission will be to ensure the administration, stability, and evolution of SAP platforms, monitoring their daily operation, resolving incidents, and participating in updates, migrations, and the implementation of new solutions.

What you'll do

  • Ensure the administration, monitoring, and performance of SAP Basis environments, including SAP HANA, Oracle, and middleware solutions;
  • Support the implementation of new applications and technical components, ensuring their integration and stability;
  • Monitor the management and resolution of incidents, problems, and changes, contributing to the availability and security of the systems;
  • Participate in migration, update, and evolution projects of the platforms, including job scheduling processes and technical documentation;
  • Collaborate with local and international teams and external suppliers, also participating in the rotating prevention model.
