Regardless of the home area they work in, sales associates keep everything tidy and organized. Furthermore, they have the responsibility to contribute actively to IKEA's sales results by:

• Knowing IKEA products and actively learning their features to present relevant and high-quality solutions to our customers;
• Being curious. Approaching customers, demonstrating empathy and active listening, asking questions that allow for exploring customers' needs and dreams, to reach the best solutions for their homes;
• Ensuring that the products and solutions presented in the various sales areas have the appropriate communication so that customers who prefer can shop autonomously;
• Analyzing the capacity of the available sales space, based on system information, to always ensure the availability of items for the customer;
• Having visibility on how the different IKEA sales channels (stores, planning studios, website, and app) can be integrated into the customer's shopping experience for products and services.
