DevOps

• Experience in automation with Ansible and Python script development;
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and DevOps practices;
• Experience using OpenShift and Helm in containerized environments;
• Knowledge of observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic/Kibana;
• Experience in application troubleshooting and incident analysis.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing;
• Experience in integration with REST APIs and workflow automation;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and declarative configuration;
• Experience in distributed and high-availability environments;
• Knowledge of relational databases for validations and functional troubleshooting.

• Develop and maintain operational automations using Ansible and Python;
• Implement and support deployment processes through GitLab CI/CD and OpenShift;
• Configure and maintain application resources in containerized environments;
• Implement and evolve observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions;
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to applications, integrations, and services.
