Requirements
What we're looking for
- Technical Course in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics/Mechatronics, Automotive Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics, through IEFP, CET, Professional Schools, or equivalent;
- High sense of responsibility and attention to safety; interest and motivation to learn and develop skills in the area of heavy vehicle mechanics; capacity for organization and teamwork and availability to perform tasks involving the handling of components and equipment of significant weight, according to the requirements of the role;
- Category B Driver's License. Interest and availability to obtain a Category D Driver's License in the future will be valued;
Nice to have
- Eligibility for IEFP internship programs, when applicable, and/or for current hiring support measures will be valued.

The role
Grupo Barraqueiro is recruiting a young professional or someone at the beginning of their career, with training in the automotive or industrial mechanics field, who is motivated and interested in learning and developing skills in the area of heavy passenger vehicle maintenance, where they will have the opportunity to learn side-by-side with experienced professionals, joining our fleet's maintenance team and progressively acquiring knowledge and technical autonomy.

What you'll do
- With guidance from the maintenance team, you will progressively participate in tasks such as:
- Support in servicing and preventive maintenance operations, namely oil changes (engine and gearbox) and replacement of air and fuel filters;
- Support in the maintenance of braking systems;
- Execution of lubrication and general maintenance operations;
- Support in other maintenance tasks, according to the evolution of acquired skills.
