Base Salary: €1300-1500 gross per month (adjustable based on demonstrated experience).
Meal Allowance: €6 per working day.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 (with a 1-hour lunch break).

The role
Randstad is recruiting for an absolute leading multinational company and one of the largest European references in the manufacturing and after-sales service of industrial trailers and semi-trailers.
The project focuses on reinforcing its operational base in Portugal (Mangualde area), integrated into a solid, financially stable, and constantly growing structure, which prides itself on safety and the quality of service provided to the largest Iberian transport fleets.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
- Organization and planning of the daily workflow, task distribution, and time control.
- Ensuring quality control of all repairs carried out.
- Supervision and technical support in the most complex interventions on trailers and heavy vehicles.

- Consolidated experience in the repair of trailers or heavy vehicles.
- 10+ years of experience (preferred)
- Mastery and technical knowledge in EBS diagnostics.
Strong leadership capacity, resilience, organization, and ease in managing dynamic teams.
Younger profiles with a Mechatronics Technological Course will also be valued, provided they demonstrate high technical potential.
