GEA Farm Technologies, a leading company in technological solutions for dairy production, is looking to hire a Service Sales Representative (Herd Manager) to reinforce its Aftersales area in Castilla y León, based in Valladolid.

What you'll do

Perform technical and commercial aftersales visits to promote and develop the sale of GEA services, products, and solutions.
Manage the follow-up of scheduled maintenance and service contracts.
Support the launch and implementation of new solutions and services.
Advise customers on aspects related to herd management, production, reproduction, health, and animal welfare.
Train and provide support to users of the GEA DairyPlan and GEA DairyNet platforms.
Accompany customers to maximize the return on investment of the installed solutions.
Perform audits and analysis of livestock farms to identify opportunities for improvement.
Define, monitor, and analyze key KPIs related to milk production, quality, fertility, animal health, feed efficiency, and the performance of automated systems.
Implement optimization protocols aimed at improving the productivity and profitability of the farms.
Work in a coordinated manner with the Sales, Technical Service, and Product Management teams to drive new business opportunities and the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Availability to travel within Castilla y León, capacity for teamwork, customer orientation, and autonomy in the management of responsibilities are required.

Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technical Engineering, or equivalent training and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions or functions.
Alternatively, demonstrable experience in the handling and management of dairy herds.
Knowledge of production, reproduction, health, and animal welfare.
Analytical capacity to interpret data and productive indicators.
Communication, training, and technical advisory skills.
Availability to travel within Castilla y León.
