FES Trainee in Funchal

In order to support the processes in the FES/Continuous Improvement department, Faurecia Moldados intends to integrate an IEFP internship (Programa + Talento / 6 months) into its team to:

1- Support the development of productivity and efficiency improvements through the identification and reduction of waste, and the improvement of balancing with an impact on the reduction of Workcontent and GAP Cycle Time;

2- Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new layouts according to needs (definition of Current and Target layouts in AutoCAD);

3- Support the improvement and optimization of internal flows;

4- Monitor the development and implementation of FES (Faurecia Excellence System) tools and methodologies;

5- Support the management and improvement of the application of mLean and DMC Digital tools by the Shopfloor teams; 6- Support the implementation and Coaching of work Standards, TPM, SMED, and 5S tools.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Industrial Management areas;

Knowledge of English and Office;

Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred);

Critical spirit and analytical capacity;

Communication and teamwork skills.
