Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in HVAC, in industrial and/or service building contexts;
Experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment;
Minimum mandatory schooling and/or professional training in the area of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning;
Experience with Refrigerant and Fluorinated Fluids (accreditation is a preferred factor);
TIM III Certification (preferred);
Good knowledge of Electricity.

The role

What you'll do

Ensure the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment;
Perform daily maintenance, in compliance with work orders and maintenance plans;
Ensure that the equipment and machinery under your responsibility are maintained in good working condition;
Perform routine inspections and prepare the respective reports;
Fill out work orders after the execution of the work.
