Requirements
What we're looking for
Higher education in Nursing or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory);
Minimum experience of 2 years as a Nurse (m/f) (mandatory);
Residency authorization in Portugal, in the case of foreign candidates (mandatory);
Availability for shifts (mandatory).
Nice to have
Hospital experience in medicine, surgery, orthopedics services, or oncology day hospital (preferential)
The role
Together we want to do more and care better. We are hiring a Nurse (m/f) to join the Hospital at Home service at Hospital CUF Tejo or at Hospital CUF Descobertas.
What you'll do
Provide nursing care at home, in accordance with the mission of the Nursing Directorate, the CUF Nursing Reference Framework (QRE), and in line with the established quality, efficiency, and effectiveness objectives and requirements;
Execute your activities complying with the requirements of quality, the CUF QRE, superior guidance, work instructions, service regulations, established norms and procedures, and the legal, ethical, and deontological framework of the Nursing profession/career;
Execute planned nursing care and care prescribed by other health team professionals, according to the priorities defined by the team, fostering a climate of trust, involving the client and the family in an educational and self-care process, within the scope of health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and functional adaptation;
Respond effectively to unexpected or emergent situations and perform the recording of adverse events;
Identify shortages of medication/clinical consumable material and/or breakdowns and communicate them to the Technical Coordinator of Home Services.
