What we're looking for

Knowledge in the automotive field;
Minimum of two years of experience in a call center, preferably in the automotive and insurance sector (preferred);
Ability to analyze and dispute quotes for repair and maintenance work (costs, timelines, etc.);
Ability to provide clear explanations regarding claim decisions to the repairer and the customer;
Languages: Excellent level of Italian, good level of English and/or Portuguese. Other linguistic skills will be a plus;
Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office);
Interested, Organized, Dedicated;
Ready to help the customer by focusing attention with rigor and communication skills;
We also value the ability to adapt and collaborate.

The role

Integrated into a call center with a human scale, among your functions, you will:

What you'll do

Inform beneficiary customers and the professional distributors/technicians involved in request management via telephone,
Analyze assistance requests which include:

- Verifying the conditions applicable to the contract,

- Verifying the documentation relating to the interventions,

- Verifying quotes and the estimated cost of the repair,

- Verifying compliance with contractual conditions,

Processing the corresponding agreements,
Checking and coding invoices from our main partners,
Performing billing and practice checks for our main partners,
Providing reinforcement for other departments and service activities.

Become our new Administrative and Auto Mechanic Operators - Fluent in Italian in Porto or Lisbon

This Porto-based team was created to extend the operations of our client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is a leader in the French market for automotive mobility and fleet services, supporting its European operations through our platform.

Today, Germany and Italy are our main markets, but we have already launched operations in Spain, Portugal, and the Czech Republic.

Our main activities include vehicle service management, maintenance and extended service contracts, authorization request management, and customer support requests for multiple products, operating across different countries and regions, all from the same platform and location.
