The role

What you'll do

• Manage and control the processes defined for service development.
• Achieve the Sales Plan and the department's revenue generation: plan revitalization and promotion actions, as well as train the team for sales.
• Organize and coordinate the different Catering/Bar services.
• Control costs: manage available resources efficiently.
• Manage teams: ensure the training, motivation, and development of your team's skills and abilities.
• Control the quality of the service provided, adjusting it to the needs and expectations of the customer, following the Management's guidelines.

What are we looking for

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Languages: advanced English and Portuguese (mandatory); other languages will be valued.
• Knowledge of IT from a user perspective, equipment, products, and kitchen utensils will be valued.
• Interpersonal skills: kindness, cordiality, empathy, friendliness, and assertiveness.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and delegate responsibilities. Planning and organizational capacity.

• Ability to resolve unforeseen issues and make decisions.
