We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the management, availability, and evolution of the datacenter infrastructure, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and continuity of technological services. They will play a central role in the administration of network, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms, leading technical teams and promoting the implementation of operational best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation, in order to ensure high-availability environments aligned with defined service levels.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and ArgoCD;

• Manage and optimize containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;

• Ensure GitOps best practices and manage the promotion cycle between Development, Quality, and Production environments;

• Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies;

• Build and evolve reporting solutions using Power BI, BIRT, or JasperReports;

• Develop automation workflows with n8n, supporting event-driven processes and integrations between applications;

• Maintain and evolve applications developed in .NET and Node.js;

• Participate in code reviews, technical architecture definition, and documentation production;

• Contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and the implementation of continuous improvements.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;

• Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps and ArgoCD;

• Experience with version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos;

• Knowledge of systems integration through REST APIs and Webhooks;

• Experience with reporting tools, namely Power BI, BIRT, or JasperReports;

• Experience in development with .NET and/or Node.js;

• Experience in building automations using n8n;

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively;

• Strong sense of responsibility, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Full Stack development roles;

• Hands-on experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments;

• A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field will be valued;

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools will be an asset;

• Knowledge of networking, including DNS, TLS/SSL, and Ingress Controllers;

• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK, or equivalents;

• Knowledge of secret management solutions, such as Vault or Sealed Secrets;

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments;

• Interest or experience in AI-supported automation and the use of LLMs in business processes;

• Knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI solution integration
