➡ Assume co-responsibility for a business area, both in its management and operational aspects;

➡ Monitor, analyze, and optimize indicators of your business area;

➡ Collaborate in leading teams and in the development of their skills;

➡ Contribute to the planning and execution of commercial dynamics in the store.

➡ Bachelor's degree in the areas of Management, Business Management, Distribution and Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Food Engineering, or similar areas;

➡ Curiosity for Retail and orientation towards satisfying Customer needs;

➡ Strategic vision and orientation towards the future;

➡ Ability to communicate and create interpersonal connections;

➡ Team spirit;

➡ Eligibility for a Professional Internship under the IEFP.
