Apolónia Supermercados, a leading company in the Commerce and Retail sector in the Algarve, seeks to recruit candidates for the role of Bakery Section Manager for its Store in Almancil - Loulé.

The Bakery Section Manager's mission will be the management and revitalization of their section in the following areas:

Operational management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the bakery section, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
Team coordination and training: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks, providing the necessary training and support, and promoting an environment of cooperation and motivation.
Customer satisfaction: Implement the practices defined by the company in order to offer a high-level service experience, satisfying and building customer loyalty.
Quality control and procedures: Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety procedures and other technical instructions, ensuring the high quality standards of the brand.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the section applied for (mandatory);
• Minimum educational qualifications at the 9th Grade level;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of HACCP;
• Knowledge of waste, stock, and margin management;
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Availability for full-time hours, in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday.
