We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and new features for a health and wellness mobile app used by millions of people worldwide.
The mandatory requirements are experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, 5+ years as a Product Manager, hands-on experience with AI tools, including building simple prototypes or automations, product analytics and A/B testing, and an upper-intermediate English level.
What you will do
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for mobile and web products that supports the company's goals.
- Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap so it reflects business priorities, user needs, and market trends. Make data-driven decisions and prioritize features accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to make sure products are developed and delivered successfully.
- User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, and use the findings to guide product decisions.
- User Experience (UX/UI): Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive, engaging mobile experiences that work smoothly across platforms.
- AI Initiatives: Find opportunities to use AI in the product and in team workflows. Prototype and validate simple AI-powered solutions on your own.
- Data Analysis: Track product performance with analytics and KPIs such as retention, conversion, and engagement. Find areas for improvement and run A/B tests to optimize the product.
- Product Development: Oversee the full product development process, from ideation to release, and coordinate with development teams to ship high-quality features on schedule.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about trends in health, fitness, and wellness apps, along with emerging technologies and competitors, to identify opportunities and threats.
- User Feedback and Support: Review user feedback, app store reviews, and support channels to address user concerns and improve the product.

- Proven experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), ideally consumer apps used at scale.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers to deliver user-friendly products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, with the ability to build at least a simple technical solution yourself (for example, a prototype, an automation, or an AI-powered feature built with no-code tools or LLM APIs).
- Led product development on complex features from the first iteration through many later ones.
- A deep understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery methods.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to work constructively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
