Role: Customer Support Engineer

Location: On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills

• 6+ years of experience in Telecommunications and Customer Support, ideally within mobile operator environments.
• Strong expertise in Nokia Packet Core solutions: CMM, CMG, and NRD.
• Solid knowledge of 4G/5G Mobile Core Networks, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management in customer-facing/managed services environments.
• Knowledge of Telco Cloud and virtualized network environments.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Portuguese C1 and English B2 mandatory.
