The mission of an AR3 Production Technician is to ensure the efficient and rigorous execution of production activities, guaranteeing compliance with production plans, quality and safety requirements, and established deadlines. You will contribute to the manufacturing and integration of components and systems, following defined technical instructions, promoting organization and continuous improvement in the work area. You will play a fundamental role in the team's productivity, ensuring that tasks are performed with high standards of quality, responsibility, and collaboration.

• Execution of assigned tasks following the instructions of the team leader and the production engineer;

• Follow the production task planning;

• Attendance and respect for start times, end times, breaks, and the duration of assigned tasks;

• Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition;

• Ensure the occupational safety of your team members, avoiding risky behaviors and the misuse of equipment and tools;

• Ensure that produced parts and completed tasks meet the required quality, and in the few cases where they do not, take corrective measures to resolve the problem, and preventive measures to prevent it from happening again;

• Meet defined production and delivery deadlines;

• Maintain a good relationship and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections;

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of your team's work area before, during, and after the execution of tasks;

• Perform tasks in the integration, finishing, or other sections when production needs require it;

• Implement instructions received from your superiors;

• Contribute to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.

• Minimum schooling;

• Computer literacy from a user perspective;

• Lamination knowledge;

• Professional experience in the sector or a similar sector, minimum 2 years;

• Ability for organization, planning, and decision-making;

• Goal orientation;

• Ease of communication and leadership ability.
