PCB Circuit Designer | Electronics Team

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a similar field;

• Experience with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.)

• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics;

• Experience in multilayer PCB layout;

• Knowledge of DFM, DFA, and DFT;

• Understanding of signal integrity and power integrity;

• Ability to read and interpret datasheets;

• Basic knowledge of electronic testing and instrumentation;

Develop and optimize electronic circuits and PCBs, ensuring reliable, efficient, and production-ready solutions, contributing to product performance and innovation.

• Design electrical schematics and analog, digital, and mixed-signal PCB layouts;

• Translate technical and functional requirements into effective electronic solutions;

• Select appropriate electronic components (active and passive);

• Develop PCB layouts considering signal integrity, EMC/EMI, power, and thermal management;

• Ensure compliance with applicable norms and standards (IPC, CE, UL, RoHS, etc.);

• Prepare technical documentation: schematics, BOM, Gerbers, manufacturing, and assembly files;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Firmware, Mechanical, Propulsion, Production, Quality);

• Support the prototyping, testing, and board validation process;

• Analyze and resolve design, manufacturing, or operational issues;

• Optimize circuit costs, performance, and reliability;

• Monitor PCB production;

• Language Requirements: English mandatory | Portuguese valued

• Availability to work on-site in Caldas da Rainha or in Lisbon;

• Team spirit and good integration skills;

• High sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and deadline management.
