Requirements
What we're looking for
Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a similar area (mandatory);
+5 years of consolidated professional experience in similar roles in the field (mandatory);
Experience in Solidworks or similar software with surface design (mandatory);
Knowledge of subtractive, additive, and lamination manufacturing methods (mandatory).
Nice to have
Problem-solving ability and proactivity;
Team spirit and good communication skills;
Good ability to adapt in a constantly innovating environment.
Languages
Language Requirements: proven proficiency at C2 level in Portuguese and proven proficiency at B2 level in English;

The role
The team aims to design, develop, and prototype engineering solutions that meet product requirements, ensuring their technical validation and production readiness, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality.
What you'll do
Product development through the creation of 3D/2D drawings and monitoring of the production process;
Prototyping and validation of components;
Selection of materials, components, and manufacturing methods;
Product improvement analysis, based on requirements and specifications;
Preparation of documentation to support production;
Support for the different products developed by the company;
How you'll work
Location: 100% on-site in Caldas da Rainha and/or Leiria.
