The role

What you'll do

Team Management and Training: Empower and develop the store team, ensuring that the entire team is prepared to offer specialized and quality service. Inspire and lead the team, promoting motivation and a culture of cooperation, while establishing and monitoring the fulfillment of performance objectives.

Daily Store Operation Management: Ensure the smooth running of the store, guaranteeing that daily operations run efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Manage the organization and layout of products, maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment that contributes to a positive customer experience.

Technical Manager of the Store: Be the technical manager of the store, ensuring compliance with the standards and regulations applicable to veterinary procedures and animal safety. Coordinate and supervise the use and management of Veterinary Use Medicines (MUV) and Veterinary Use Products (PUV), ensuring compliance with all guidelines and legislation.
