We are looking for a Data Platform Tech Lead for our Tech Transformation team within the DATA, AI & ANALYTICS CoE at MC Digital and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We are counting on you to...

• Define and evolve the Data Platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with the needs of different business domains;
• Technically lead the development and evolution of data products and pipelines, promoting cross-functional consistency between teams and initiatives;
• Establish, implement, and ensure the adoption of standards, principles, and best practices, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, quality, observability, and governance;
• Act as a technical reference for the teams, supporting architecture decisions, complex problem-solving, and knowledge dissemination;
• Define and monitor technical roadmaps for the data platform, ensuring the continuous evolution of the technological ecosystem and the sustained reduction of technical debt;
• Ensure reference engineering practices, including versioning, CI/CD, automation, dependency control, reprocessing, monitoring, and data SLAs;
• Lead technological modernization initiatives, migration, and the evolution of data products, ensuring functional continuity and data quality;
• Collaborate with Platform, Infrastructure, Architecture, and other Engineering areas to ensure robust, scalable solutions aligned with the technological strategy;
• Promote a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the Data teams.
