Randstad is recruiting for a prestigious leading company in the industrial transformation and wood products sector. As part of the strengthening of its operational structure and factory leadership transition, we are looking for a professional to take on the role of Manufacturing Foreman, to join their staff at their facilities in the Salvaterra de Magos / Santarém region.

• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Operational Coordination and Management: Coordinate, supervise, and drive daily shop floor operations;
  
  
  • Multicultural Team Leadership: Guide, manage, and motivate the operational production team;
  
  
  • Productivity and Quality Control: Monitor production indicators (OEE), raw material profitability, and deadline compliance, ensuring defined quality standards and technical specifications;
  
  
  • Preventive Maintenance and OHS: Monitor the performance of equipment and continuous lines, coordinating preventive/corrective actions with the maintenance team and ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards.
