What we're looking for

skills
• 12th grade of schooling (minimum);
• Experience in customer service (preferred);
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2 - mandatory requirement);
• Computer skills from a user perspective;
• Taste for telecommunications and technology;
• Passion for customer contact;
• Communication skills and dynamism;
• Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
• Availability for rotating shifts between 10:00 and 24:00 and rotating days off (1 weekend per month);
• Availability for rotation between stores;

What you'll do

key responsibilities
• Act as a customer host, providing exceptional welcoming;
• Present services and solutions according to customer needs, demonstrating transversal know-how of Vodafone products and services;
• Guarantee customers an excellent experience, whatever the reason that brings them to the store, seeking the resolution of their requests at the first contact;
• Support the operational management of the store (for example, restocking products in store, etc).
