Digital Marketing Assistant (m/f)

• Degree in Management or similar fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or similar
• Profile oriented towards rigor and attention to detail
• Proactivity
• Ability to work from an analytical perspective
• Fluency in the English language
• Solid knowledge of Excel
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility

This role will take place in the Digital Marketing department and its main objective is the knowledge of the Pestana Hotel Group world, not only in the Digital Marketing area, but also with all the areas it works with, in order to understand the dynamics and all the processes.

• Collaborate in the definition, implementation, and optimization of the SEO strategy, including alt text initiatives, Local SEO, on-page optimization, and identification of new opportunities to reinforce digital presence.

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different digital platforms and channels, producing insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

• Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns in Google Search, contributing to the achievement of traffic, conversion, and awareness objectives.

• Participate in the development, management, and optimization of paid campaigns on Social Media, monitoring results and proposing improvements with a view to maximizing performance.

• Support the management of campaigns on Metasearch channels, monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the increase of online visibility.

• Collaborate transversally with the team in various department activities, ensuring operational support, project monitoring, and an active contribution to multidisciplinary initiatives.
