What we're looking for
• Training related to Hospitality / Tourism, specializing in gastronomy;
• 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in Hospitality;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Flexibility, proactivity, and versatility;
• Ability to organize and plan;
• Availability to work in different shifts (working hours) depending on the needs of the Operation.

What you'll do
Job description:
• Prepare different dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef;
• Knowledge of HACCP standards;
• Preparation of fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes or the menu;
• Cook food and prepare menu items in a timely manner;
• Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly;
• Ensure adequate hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers;
• Perform other activities, not specified above, necessary to the pursuit of the objectives of the role.
