Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Head of Yield- & Business Operations to lead revenue optimization and business operations at the intersection of OLX Goods and Advertising across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Portugal. Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Strategic Coordination (Chief of Staff Function)
  • Own and set the operating cadence and drumbeat for both Goods and Advertising businesses, establishing clear rhythms for execution and accountability

  • Set, cascade, and manage OKRs across revenue functions, running the leadership review cadence to ensure decisions are tracked and actioned, not merely discussed

  • Serve as the home for unallocated cross-functional strategic work, surfacing and resolving potential conflicts between business units before they escalate

  • Manage effectively through the matrix organization, coordinating across geographies and functions to drive alignment

  • Lead strategic planning sessions and workshops to ensure informed, timely decision-making

  • Revenue Management - Advertising (Primary Focus)
  • Make tough strategic decisions on inventory allocation across demand channels and geographies

  • Set pricing strategy and discount allowances relative to rate card to optimize yield and drive total revenue together with our Analytics team

  • Manage complex trade-offs between ad quality, user experience, and revenue generation

  • Own yield optimization within pricing and inventory constraints

  • Monitor and drive total revenue performance against targets

  • Go-To-Market Operations - Goods
  • Own all go-to-market operations that cross segment lines on the Goods side - acting as the connective tissue between Goods commercial teams, partners, and the broader organization

  • Manage external partnerships and PSP partner relationships, ensuring commercial arrangements are in place, executed, and maintained effectively

  • Drive compliance initiatives and ensure regulatory readiness across Goods commercial activities

  • Own CS enablement for Goods, partnering with customer success functions to ensure commercial tooling, processes, and handoffs are fit for purpose

  • Set and maintain the operating rhythm for Goods GTM, including cadence, reporting, and cross-functional accountability structures

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles

  • Proven experience managing effectively in matrix organizations across geographies and functions

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with excellent judgment on complex business trade-offs

  • Track record of building operational discipline, setting cadence, and driving accountability across teams

  • Experience managing revenue optimization with both financial and non-financial metrics

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority

  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term revenue capture with long-term competitive positioning

  • Comfortable with competitive market dynamics and strategic differentiation challenges
