Genesys & Voice Engineer

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Genesys On-Premise;
• Solid experience with Genesys Framework, Routing, Reporting, and URS;
• Experience with Genesys Composer and IVR development;
• Solid knowledge of VoIP and Telephony technologies, including SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle, or equivalents);
• Knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle databases, specifically in the context of Genesys Info Mart;
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services;
• Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular will be valued;
• Experience or knowledge of Diabolocom, or participation in migration projects from Genesys to Cloud/CCaaS solutions, will be valued;
• Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer (GCD) certifications will be valued;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, namely Scrum/Kanban;
• Fluent English, oral and written;
• Good knowledge of French will be strongly valued.

• Administer, configure, test, and implement Genesys On-Premise solutions, including inbound/outbound routing, Genesys Info Mart (GIM), IVR/Composer, and Reporting (Pulse);
• Manage Voice & Telephony infrastructure, including SIP Trunks, SBCs, VoIP routers, and respective telecommunications protocols;
• Participate in the technical evaluation, planning, and execution of the migration from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom;
• Provide 3rd line (L3) support in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents related to call routing, voice quality, and integrations;
• Develop and maintain integrations between telephony systems and external tools, namely CRM and databases;
• Contribute, when necessary, to the development of interfaces and widgets for agents using React or other JavaScript frameworks;
• Participate in the development, configuration, deployment, and integration of solutions;
• Ensure compliance with defined best practices, standards, and technical documentation.
