The role
Seeding is its own service at Kyra. We run large, always-on gifting programmes for global beauty, lifestyle and consumer brands, with thousands of creators across several markets.
This is a 6-month maternity cover on our seeding team. You'll own your own set of seeding briefs from start to finish on the Kyra platform. You'll also be the day-to-day contact for those clients. We want someone who works from the numbers first: you read the funnel, spot what's underperforming and fix it before the client asks. You'll also help shape the product, feeding back what the team needs from the platform to the tech team.
What you'll do
Own the seeding funnel for your briefs: casting approval rate, opt-in rate, post conversion rate and live asset approval rate.
Use performance data to drive decisions, including which creators to cast, when to widen outreach and where conversion is dropping off.
Build and present regular performance reports and post-campaign reviews, with clear insights and recommendations.
Keep trackers, budgets and brief data accurate and up to date, so the numbers can always be trusted.
Be the day-to-day contact for your seeding clients: status updates, calls, reporting and recommendations.
Turn client objectives into casting criteria, outreach plans and realistic targets.
Set expectations early, manage scope, and flag risks to timelines or targets before they become problems.
Spot chances to grow accounts, such as moving strong seeded creators into paid or usage partnerships.
Run your briefs end to end: discovery, shortlisting, outreach, opt-ins, shipping, content tracking and approval.
Coordinate product shipments with internal teams and logistics partners, and resolve delivery issues quickly.
Manage creator communication throughout, and build relationships that lead to repeat collaboration.
Act as a power user of the Kyra platform. Test new features such as discovery, bulk approvals and seeding dashboards, and give structured feedback.
Help build and prioritise the seeding team's feature requests with the tech team, backed by evidence from real briefs.
Find manual workarounds and bottlenecks in the workflow, and propose product or process fixes.
How you'll work
Location: Remote (within one hour of CET preferred)
Engagement type: Fixed-term contract / freelance, 6 months (maternity cover)
Start date: October 2026, to allow a full handover
Working hours: Core campaign hours roughly 9am-6pm CEST
About Kyra
Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle - creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
What success looks like
Seeding KPIs on your briefs hit or beat target, and live asset approval stays at 100%.
Clients get proactive, insight-led updates and trust you as their main contact.
Briefs run on schedule with accurate trackers and few shipping issues.
The tech team gets clear, prioritised product feedback that improves how the seeding team works.
Requirements
What we're looking for
3-5 years in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social or PR, with hands-on experience of product seeding or gifting at scale.
Proven client-facing experience: you've managed brand relationships directly and are comfortable presenting results and pushing back when needed.
You're data-literate and comfortable with funnel metrics, spreadsheets and reporting, and you use data to make decisions, not just to report them.
Strong organisation across multiple briefs and markets at once, with close attention to detail.
A product mindset: you notice what slows the team down and can explain clearly what would fix it.
Clear, confident written and spoken English.
Real use of AI in your own work
Available from October 2026.
Nice to have
Experience with influencer platforms or CRMs, and project tools such as Asana.
Beauty, skincare or consumer electronics category experience.
Professional Spanish or German.
