What we're looking for

Minimum educational qualifications at the 9th-grade level;
Proven professional experience as a factory operator and machine operator, preferably in the plastics processing industry or a similar sector;
Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and rigor in complying with quality, hygiene, and occupational safety standards;
Dynamism, ease of interpersonal relationships, and team spirit for integration into a factory environment;
Availability to work in rotating shifts, with hourly flexibility;
Residence in Mafra, Venda do Pinheiro, or possession of a private vehicle.

The role

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting an Industrial Machine Operator (m/f/x) for a leading company in the plastics processing sector located in Venda do Pinheiro, in the municipality of Mafra. Base salary: 926€ + Shift allowance: 35% = 1250€ gross;
Meal allowance: 10€/day paid via meal card;
Attendance bonus: 100 €;
Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00; from 16:00 to 24:00; from 24:00 to 08:00 in rotating shifts and days off;
Continuous training and professional support;
Possibility of career progression within the company;
Work Location: Venda do Pinheiro, Mafra.

What you'll do

Operate, adjust, and monitor industrial line machines;
Adjust technical operating parameters and equipment settings according to production order specifications;
Identify, diagnose, and report operating anomalies;
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and the workplace, contributing to a safe and productive environment;
Perform quality control of products, checking visually and using measuring equipment to ensure they meet required standards;
Pack and label finished products in an organized and efficient manner, preparing them for shipment;
Fill in production records, technical stoppages, and quality control sheets.
