• Responsible for maintaining compliance with Quality, Health and Safety Standards and compliance with Warehouse Standards;
• Participate in the execution of material requisition plans (MRP) and actively contribute to the improvement of stock management and maintenance;
• Perform rigorous and periodic physical inventories (warehouses and service vehicles);
• Verify, check, organize and pack material in pre-defined locations, ensuring the correct recording of movements in the system;
• Fulfill material orders;
• Create legal transport documents / delivery notes;
• Manage, organize and tidy the warehouse and substations;
• Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan for equipment related to the warehouse;
• Archive all relevant documents in the Materials Management area;
• Meet defined goals and objectives;
• Support for the Torres Vedras Warehouse (for 1 week (5 days) every 3 months).
