The role
Responsible for accompanying the guest from their arrival until their departure, ensuring their maximum satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Ensure the sending of the pre-check-in document to Guests;
- Ensure the welcome and accompaniment of the guest throughout their entire stay;
- Help solve problems and manage complaints;
- Supervise VIP rooms and treatments;
- Promote the Hotel facilities and services;
- Create and share information about experiences and activities of the Hotel and region;
- Accompany special Guests in a personalized manner;
- Promote interdepartmental coordination for the benefit of the final Guest;
- Guide Guests both in the Hotel and during external activities;
- Help solve problems and manage Complaints in coordination with the Hotel Management;
- Prepare communication documents for the Guest;
- Coordinate and train the Reception team regarding experiences;
- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) regarding their activity;
- Ensure the response to online Guest comments;
- Prepare a record of Guest incidents at the Hotel;
- Record Guest preferences;
- Maintain the relationship with local Guests, sending information on a regular basis;
- Coordinate the Spa team regarding Hotel experiences;
- Guarantee the Hotel evacuation and first aid procedures.
