The role
You will be responsible for supporting the operation and strategy of the F&B outlets, providing and maintaining high-quality service standards, supporting the Head Waiter, and always ensuring compliance with DHM standards and excellent service to customers.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with the procedures and policies of all Outlets, monitoring the teams of each one daily;
- Monitor compliance with HACCP standards;
- Support the preparation of menus and technical sheets corresponding to each outlet;
- Help in the inventory control of the outlets;
- Support the analysis of costs and revenues for each outlet;
- Monitor all guest requests to ensure they are met within the timings;
- Prepare the work schedule, service rosters, and vacation plan for the direct team;
- Effective communication with the various department heads and the Hotel Director;
- Manage complaints and suggest improvements;
- Participate actively in the recruitment and selection of employees for the area and the request for extras;
- Ensure the constant Training and Development of the teams;
- Support in the preparation and monitoring of Cost Control Maps, proactivity, and profitability of the outlets;
- Comply with all safety and protection policies and procedures;
- Support other departments whenever necessary.
